Internal Disputes Resolution
- What will happen

Within 1 business day we will have begun to review your complaint and may request some further information
Within 3 business days we will acknowledge your complaint in writing and advise you what action we are taking
Within 20 business days we will have formed a resolution with you and confirmed this in writing. If we are unable to come to a mutually agreeable resolution we will advise you of your options for External Disputes Resolution.
